Hi, I’m Heidi, the face behind Attention Admin

I help small business owners grow their businesses through strategic social media, Meta advertising, and reliable admin support — all with a strong focus on customer experience and results.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service and administration, and a background working with professionals in finance, legal, and corporate environments, I understand how important efficiency, communication, and trust are in business. I’m also in my final year of a Bachelor of Business, with studies in marketing, advertising, consumer behaviour, and project management — so everything I do is backed by both real-world experience and strategy.

I look at the full picture — how your social media attracts people, how your ads generate leads, and how those leads are followed up and converted. By combining marketing with admin and customer service support, I help ensure your efforts don’t go to waste.
